0.31.e
0.31.e is an *english only* release. No new localized files are being released
with this version. 0.32.a will re-include localized versions of all of the
interface files. To help with localization, check out the fire-localization
list on our sourceforge page.

- If you cancel sending an offline message, we don't play the send sound

- You can now define as many accounts as you want for each service, but only
one of each service can be online at any given time.
